Core Roles and Responsibilities of Technical Working Groups

1. Define and Prioritize Strategic Initiatives
  • – Identify high-impact projects aligned with COWHA’s focus areas.
  • – Prioritize initiatives based on scalability, sustainability, and alignment with regional and continental health objectives.
2. Lead Execution and Monitor Progress
  • – Set measurable milestones and track progress.
  • – Make data-driven adjustments to maximize impact on women’s health outcomes.
3. Facilitate Knowledge Exchange and Technical Expertise
  • – Share best practices, insights, and technical expertise within and across TWGs.
4. Advocate and Strengthen Stakeholder Collaboration
  • – Drive advocacy efforts to amplify the women’s health agenda.
  • – Build alliances across public, private, and non-governmental sectors to enhance impact and mobilize support.
