Coalition for Women’s Health in Africa (COWHA) was proudly represented by Natasha Gilani at the 2025 Nairobi Health Scientific Conference, themed “𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘊𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 (𝘜𝘏𝘊) 𝘛𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘎𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴 2030 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘕𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘪.”

Held from November 5–7, 2025, the conference convened health experts, policymakers, and researchers to 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞.

Through such engagements, COWHA continues to champion 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, foster collaboration, and contribute to building resilient health systems that bring us closer to achieving UHC and the SDGs across Africa. 💪🏽
