Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial or high-end residential properties in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day property operations, ensure optimal financial performance, maintain tenant satisfaction, and supervise on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring physical and financial performance meets ownership goals.
  • Manage tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, capital expenditure planning, and monthly reporting.
  • Lead and mentor property management staff, including assistant managers, engineers, and maintenance teams.
  • Coordinate and supervise service contracts, vendors, and capital projects.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety codes and environmental requirements.
  • Collaborate with leasing and asset management teams to drive occupancy and NOI growth.
  • Oversee rent collections, accounts receivable, and delinquency mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing commercial or high-end residential properties.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio).
  • Industry certifications such as CPM, RPA, or CAM strongly preferred.
