Women play a significant role in Africa, not only in the professional sphere but also as the primary caregivers and nurturers within their families. To be effective contributors, drivers, and supporters of both professional and family settings, the health of African women is of paramount importance. Healthy women are not only better equipped to excel professionally, but they are also the primary advocates for their family’s well-being. Despite their potential, disparities persist between men and women in access to health services. To assure the wellbeing of women and girls, Africa’s health systems must provide quality and accessible services that are tailored to their specific needs.
